PURCHASES
Your order will receive our immediate attention and, if in stock, will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. All of our items are crafted by hand and in the event that the item you ordered is not immediately available, your order will be processed at once and delivered within 3 to 4 weeks.
EXCHANGES
We guarantee satisfaction and quality on all items purchased from W / A Studios. In the event that the item you ordered does not meet your needs, you may return the item for an exchange or a refund within 7 days. Please contact us for a return authorization number or to report any problems.
PRIVACY / SECURITY
W / A Studios fully respects your rights to privacy and utilizes the latest technology to insure the security of each and every transaction. In order to fulfill licensing transactions or provide service to you as a valued customer we may require you to provide certain information to us such as your name, address, phone number, credit card particulars, etc. Please be assured that we will never release your information to any third party. We may occasionally wish to inform you of special offers and promotional announcements. You may opt out of these announcements at any time or by emailing us.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges will be $8.00 and up, depending on the value of the item purchased. This charge covers freight and the cost of insurance necessary for ground delivery. This rate will be a slight higher on any items requiring special handling, overnight or second-day deliveries. International shipping will be charged extra. We will contact you if there are any additional shipping charges.
SATISFACTION
We want you to be happy with your W / A Studios. If you are not completely satisfied, we will accept the prompt return (within 7 days) of any unused item (with the exception of Special Orders) for replacement, exchange or full refund of purchase price.
We also will make every effort to notify you of your order's status by emailing you regarding any potential delays or unique circumstances connected with your piece. As email is our primary method of communication, please be sure that your email address is correct and update us of any changes in that address should you change it.
